| Confirmation classes educate youth in the Christian faith and Lutheran doctrine. Completion of the classes and culminating ceremony initiates them as members of the church. | |||

Confirmation
Confirmation classes are held for youth grades seven and eight, from September through April. Youth usually attend the classes over a span of two years. Confirmands after the Confirmation Sunday service (right). |
